We ship with the service provider DHL. We currently do not offer shipping to packing stations or express delivery. DHL - standard shipping within Germany and to many other EU countries.

DELIVERY COSTS
We charge shipping costs for orders within Germany and for deliveries abroad, regardless of the order value. The exact shipping costs are listed below. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the package. After entering your postcode, the costs will also be listed separately in the shopping cart and on the checkout page to ensure maximum transparency.

RETURN

Returns within and outside Germany are subject to a fee. In the case of a return, the return costs are borne by the buyer. We would like to raise awareness of delivery routes and thus minimize returns. Please send your package with an insured shipping solution and tracking number.

We can only refund the returned items specified on the cancellation form.
The items must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition.
The labels and the exchange protection must not be removed. Goods with the exchange protection removed will not be taken back.
We currently do not offer exchanges within our range. If you would like to purchase a different item, you will need to place a new order. Packages that we receive without a sender can only be checked late or may not be processed at all due to a lack of identification. In this case, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund. We therefore ask you to send us the cancellation form and to clearly mark the sender on the package. When your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will first be checked. As soon as it has been checked and accepted, the amount will be refunded to you within 14 working days using the payment method originally used.
