SHIPMENT

We ship with the service provider DHL. We currently do not offer shipping to Packstations or express delivery. DHL offers standard shipping within Germany and to many other EU countries.

DELIVERY COSTS
We charge shipping costs for orders within Germany and for deliveries abroad, regardless of the order value. The exact shipping costs are listed below. Shipping costs vary depending on the package weight. After entering your postal code, the costs will also be listed separately in the shopping cart and on the checkout page to ensure maximum transparency.

RETURN

Returns within and outside Germany are subject to a fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We hope this raises awareness of shipping costs and thus minimizes returns. Please send your package using an insured shipping solution with a tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

We can only refund the returned items specified on the cancellation form.
The items must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition.
The tags and the exchange protection must not be removed. Products with the exchange protection removed will not be accepted for return.
We currently do not offer exchanges within our product range. If you wish to purchase a different item, you will need to place a new order. Packages that arrive without a sender's address may be delayed or not processed at all due to incomplete identification. In this case, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund. We therefore ask you to send us the cancellation form and clearly mark the sender's name on the package. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected. Once it has been inspected and accepted, you will be refunded within 14 working days using the original payment method.
